Tuesday Night Classes Every Week

Tuesday Night is hoop day!  Regular hula hooping classes occur each week at 570 Klem Rd in Webster. Fitness Hoop classes are appropriate for all Hoopers from beginners to experienced. Fall Drop-In Hoop Classes Begin Sept 10

Adult Hoop fitness classes will be held at the UCC church at 570 Klem Rd again this fall. The class is from 6-7pm and is $10 per class or buy a four class punch card for $34.

Hooping classes are for beginners on up. It is a great way to strengthen your core and have fun at the same time!  Smiles are guaranteed!

Dark and cooler

Now that the weather has turner cooler and darker, come hoop indoors with me!  There's music to get you going, lots of smiles and encouragement, and hoops!  Tuesdays from six to seven in the evening at 570 Klem Rd.

Hooping indoors

It's getting chilly outside and rainy too.  Why not join me for some nice indoor hooping. Fitness classes take place every Tuesday evening from 6-7 at the Webster UCC at 570 Klem Rd. Classes are drop in, no need to register. Hope to see you soon!

Summer is coming to a close, fall drop in starts Sept 11

I was very fortunate to have two great mini summer sessions. July is over and August session is half over. We have been hooping at Northern Hemisphere Gymnastics on their padded gymnastics floor. The air conditioning has been a nice perk too.

Beginning September 11, I will be back at the Webster UCC church at 570 Klem Rd. Classes will be drop in format on Tuesdays from 6-7pm.
