Adult Hoop fitness classes will be held at the UCC church at 570 Klem Rd again this fall. The class is from 6-7pm and is $10 per class or buy a four class punch card for $34.
Hooping classes are for beginners on up. It is a great way to strengthen your core and have fun at the same time! Smiles are guaranteed!
